Can you name every AI tool
being used in your workplace?

Most employers can’t. The gap only becomes visible when a decision is challenged — and by then you are explaining it to the Authority, not to yourself.

The Workplace AI Register is a free starter grid for employers and HR teams. Eight columns, three worked examples, and a short guide to what your blank cells mean.

It asks the questions a personal grievance will ask later. What information is going into these tools. Where that data ends up. Which employment decisions it touches. Who owns the output before it affects an employee. Whether any of it is covered by a policy staff have actually seen.

Most employers cannot complete it on the first pass. That is the finding, not a failure.

What you’ll get
The register
A fillable spreadsheet — eight columns, drop-down answers, three worked examples, and room for thirty entries.
Reading your blank cells
A two-page guide to the five gaps employers most commonly discover, each mapped to the obligation it sits under.
An open ledger of blank ruled pages on a dark stone desk, one panel cut away to a glowing line beneath.

If you could not complete this register, you are not unusual. You are just not yet able to show how your employment decisions are being made.
